Hello. My name is Paul. I am the founder of Choughed Online Art.  Here I am with my recently, dearly departed dog Lottie. 

She was just a few months short of 19 years old. 

Thanks for clicking on Choughed Online Art. I hope you will stay with the name.

I chose that name because I wanted a nod to my Cornish roots.

Going to art galleries is such an enjoyable experience for a lot of us, and I've been doing that for over 30 years. I wanted to bring that enjoyment and experience online.

Consequently, the Choughed Shop offers signed originals, limited edition prints and posters from some of the world's leading contemporary artists.

I pride myself on high standard customer service and a great buying experience. That is so important!

I spent the past three decades working as a London-based journalist. 

My day off was always on a Friday, and almost all of that free time was spent going round the many galleries of London.

 A few things were bought including a print for £30 by an emerging artist called Banksy.
